1.6 Warranty
Ths product s warranted to be n good workng order for a perod of two
years from the date of purchase. Should ths product fal to be n good
workng order at any tme durng ths perod, we wll, at our opton, replace
or repar t at no addtonal charge except as set forth n the followng terms.
This warranty does not apply to products damaged by misuse, modifications,
accdent or dsaster.
Vendor assumes no liability for any damages, lost profits, lost savings or any
other ncdental or consequental damage resultng from the use, msuse of,
or nablty to use ths product. Vendor wll not be lable for any clam made
by any other related party.
Vendors dsclam all other warrantes, ether expressed or mpled, ncludng
but not limited to implied warranties of merchantibility and fitness for
a partcular purpose, wth respect to the hardware, the accompanyng
product’s manual(s) and wrtten materals, and any accompanyng
hardware. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.
Return authorzaton must be obtaned from the vendor before returned
merchandse wll be accepted. Authorzaton can be obtaned by callng or
faxng the vendor and requestng a Return Merchandse Authorzaton (RMA)
number. Returned goods should always be accompaned by a clear problem
descrpton.
