1 Getting Ready
Import Kit

Place the downloaded drum kit
file
(xxxx.xd3kit) in the Import folder of the SD card.

*If there is no "Import" folder, insert the SD card into the xD3 once, and the folders will be created .

Insert the SD card into the xD3 drum module.

Select the drum kit
file
to import with the value knob.

Press the [5] (IMPORT) button to import.
A progress bar is shown during the import . When the import is completed, the screen indicates
"Completed" .
*It takes about 5 minutes to complete the import .
*The downloaded drum kit file can be imported only into an xD3 with a matching product ID . If
the product ID does not match, the following message is displayed: "This xD3 doesn't have a
permission to import "xxxx" ."
