22 Troubleshooting/remedy
Description Possible cause Remedy
LED PROG + CANC
Slow flashing
- Light barrier triggered or faulty
- Power shutdown
- Motor fault
- Hall sensor fault
- Overvoltage or undervoltage The fault status is automatically reset once the
fault cause has been rectified and a new start

Rapid flashing - Processor fault
- Peripheral fault Switch power supply off and on (wait approx. 10
seconds).
Description Fault rectification
Lighting does not work. Replace faulty bulb.
No door movement when hand-held
transmitter is activated.
- Check battery in hand-held transmitter and replace if necessary.
- Teach in the hand-held transmitter.
Unsatisfactory hand-held transmitter
range. - Check antenna connection.
- Check battery performance in the hand-held transmitter and replace if necessary.
No door movement. - Check supply and mains fuse.
- Is wire jumper present (Section 16.1)?
- Check function of connected safety equipment (e.g. light barrier).
Door stops during course of movement. Door moves with difficulty, check door mechanics and replace if necessary (to be
carried out by specialised personnel only!)
Door changes direction during
movement.
- Check whether there is an obstacle in the path and remove if necessary.
- Check whether the door is correctly set to the CLOSED position and teach in again if
necessary.
Motor is running but the door does not
move.
Running slide (L) must be latched into the carrier (H) and locked (see Section M2,
page 112).
