Answering a call

You can answer a call that has already been accepted from the Answer Machines.

Press the

call button

Setting up the answering machine

Open

[TAM]

, select

[TAM Settings]

and press

[OK]

In this menu you can set the following functions:

[Answer Mode]

: Choose whether you want to operate the answering machine in

recording mode or only in outgoing message mode.

[TAM Language]

: Choose one of the available languages (German, French, Italian,

English).

[Answer Delay]

: Choose 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 rings or time saver (see note, page 78).

[Recording Time]

: Set the maximum recording time per message. Choose 30 s, 60 s,

120 s or “unlimited”.

[Call Screening]

: Choose whether screening of incoming calls is switched on or off.

Confirm changes with

[OK]
