As soon as the function for transmitting phone numbers (CLIP) is working, transmitted
phone numbers will be stored in the call list. The call list contains a maximum of 50
entries.
You can specify whether all calls will be registered or only calls that were not answered.
Unanswered calls will be indicated on the display and by the blinking of the message key.
These notifications can be switched on or off (see also page 34).
In the call list unanswered calls will be marked with
.
Outgoing calls will be marked with
.
Answered calls will be marked with
.
If the call list is full, the oldest entry will be deleted and the new entry will be placed at the
top of the list.
Please note
: If the caller’s phone number is suppressed,
withheld
will be shown on the
display. If the caller’s phone number is not available for other reasons, the display will
show
External Call
. In both cases no entry will appear on the call list.
Dialling a phone number from the call list
Open
[Call Log]
. The most recent entry will be shown.
Select the desired entry.
Press
Call key
: The number will be dialled.
Please note
: On a PABX:
When transmitting phone numbers (CLIP), the exchange code must be automatically
placed before the phone number in order to be able to dial directly from the call list.
