Please offer tilt-protection (adwise) and ground and/or wall mounting / fixation
accessories - especially for earthquake-prone areas (and for theft protection)
The device gets very warm, is loud or is losing performance:
• Switch off the device before further checks.
• Check the air inlets, air outlets and air Dust collectors for dirt. Remove external dirt.
• From the outside, check the device for dirt (see chapter Maintenance). If the inside
of the device is dirty, have it cleaned by a manufacturer authorized company.
The device interferes with phone calls and video conferences:
• Some cell phones, noise suppression and video cameras respond to ultrasound recor-
dings by audible noise on playback. A buzzing noise may be imposed on recordings taken
in close proximity the device. In order to avoid audio disturbances, test before audio or
video calls and/or recordings. In case of problems,
- test disabling noise suppression
- make sure that the microphone is away from the device
(15 cm to 2.5 meters depending on equipment and algorithms used).

• Please contact the customer service. If necessary, bring the device to a manufacturer
authorized specialist company for repair.
