• In earthquake-areas please always fix the device to the ground firmly
(even when not in operation).
• Contact customer support for ground mounting equipment (accessories).
6.1. TRANSPORT
To make the device easier to transport, it is fitted with two handles and four wheels.
Wear foot protection
Wear suitable foot protection while transporting the device.
Risk of injury caused by the wheels when rolling the device onto a foot.
Before transporting the device, observe the following:
• Switch the device off.
• Hold onto the mains plug while pulling the power cable out of the power socket.
• Do not use the power cable to drag the device.
• Only wheel the device on a level and smooth surface.
• Remove all packing materials which serve to protect the device during transport.
• Carefully release the wheel brakes. Mind your fingers.
• Gently roll the device into the intended position.
• If required, the device may only be lifted by two people with due care.
When using lifting gear, the carrying capacity of the lifting gear must be suitable
for the weight of the device (see technical data).
After transporting the device, observe the following:
• Set up the device in an upright position.
• Close the wheel brakes carefully. Mind your fingers.
6.2. STORAGE
When the device is not being used, observe the following storage conditions:
• Dry and protected from frost and heat
• In an upright position where it is protected from dust and direct sunlight.
With a cover to protect it from invasive dust, if necessary
• Close all brakes to prevent unintended movement (mind your fingers and/or toes).
• Before restarting the device, check the condition of the power cable.
If there are doubts as to the sound condition, contact the customer service.
• Have the device checked once a year by an electrically skilled person or
authorized representative of the manufacturer at any rate.
