stipulates that this equipment must not be disposed of with the household waste at the
end of its life. You will find collection points for (might be for a fee for commercial users or
depending on countries regulations) return of waste electrical or electronic equipment in
your vicinity. The address can be obtained from your municipality or local
administration.
The separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment aims to enable the
reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of waste equipment as well as to prevent ne-
gative effects for the environment and human health caused by the disposal of hazardous
substances potentially contained in the equipment.
• In accordance with the Waste Disposal Act, the following components must be disposed
of and recycled in an environmentally sound manner via appropriate collection points:
o Old device
o Consumable parts
o Defective components
o Electrical or electronic scrap
• Environmentally compatible means separated according to material groups in order to
achieve the maximum possible reusability of the basic materials with the lowest possible
environmental impact.
• Dispose of cardboard packaging, recyclable plastics and plastic filling materials in an
environmentally friendly manner via appropriate recycling systems or recycling centers.
• Observe the relevant country-specific or local regulations.

national directives. Corresponding declarations and documents are deposited with the
manufacturer. The product complies with the requirements of the German Equipment
and Product Safety Act.
