A-Bus
A-Bus created to simply and affordably distribute music in commercial and home applications. A-Bus works with
inexpensive 8-conductor (CAT5) wire to distribute audio, infrared, status and system power to the A-Bus in-wall
controller / amplifier.
A-Bus Hubs
The A-Bus Hubs are the core component of the distribution system. The hub is responsible for distributing audio
signal, system power, and status indication to A-Bus power modules installed in rooms throughout the installation.
Hubs are also capable of sending IR commands from the power modules back to the source components. Hubs are
usually located near the main sound system (Amplifier/Receiver, CD, DVD, Tape, Cable, etc.).

Keypad Volume Control Module was designed to work
with the
ABUS-HUB4X8
intelligent A-Bus Multi-Source Multi-Zone Hub using standard A-Bus commands to provide
volume control and source selection. Both models incorporate a stereo amplifier with a level control that can power a
pair of speakers in each room. Units come packaged with three colors of Decora style wall plates, inserts, and buttons
(white, ivory, and bone). Volume control systems include "credit card" sized remote for zone on/off, source selection
and level control.

Local Input Module provides input capability for sources such as TV sound, MP3 player, computer sound cards, etc.
