1. Move each column to the appropriate position. Make sure that the column is vertical and not bumping
against the vehicle
2. Check that all tires on the vehicle are well inflated and in good condition
3. Determine if the fork position matches the tire size. Adjust the fork position if necessary or check if
special adapters are required
4. Make sure all wheel grabs are lowered to their lowest height
5. Slowly raise each wheel clamp until the tire rests well on the forks and the forks are parallel to the axis
of the tire.
6. Make sure that the contact surface of the tire on the forks never extends beyond the centerline of the
fork and that all tires are fully supported on the forks
7. Make sure the tires are balanced
Lifting and parking
This procedure MUST be performed online and after grouping is complete. The procedure
can be performed at any column. During this procedure, carefully monitor the lifting status
and immediately press the emergency stop button if the lifting status is not correct. Always
make sure that the mechanical safeties are properly engaged before attempting to work on
or near the vehicle.
1. Set the selector switches on all columns to the proper position
2. Raise the vehicle with the Lift button
3. When the vehicle is raised to more than 100 mm from the ground, the system will stop and check if the
wheels are handled properly
4. If yes, lift the vehicle further with the lift button
