Telephone settings

Ringer volume

You can set the ringer volume level (1-6) to one of six levels

or turn the ringer off. When the ringer is off,

appears on

the screen.

in idle mode to enter the main menu.

a confirmation tone and the screen returns to the

NOTES:

The handset ringer volume also determines the ringer volume for

intercom calls.

If the ringer volume is set to off, that handset is silenced for all incoming calls. However, the handset still plays the

paging tone when responding to the handset locator.

If the ringer volume is set to off, the caller ID will not be announced
