Each call record includes a two-character location abbreviation for the state
to which a call is made. These state abbreviations correspond to the state
abbreviations used by the United States Post Office. The following table lists
the abbreviations which are used in addition to the state abbreviations.

SUMMARY REPORTS
There are four summary reports produced after the CAS processes a call
record with a new date. After the last summary report is printed, call records
received while the summary reports were printing are listed on the
chronological report. The following are samples of the summary reports.
