The automatic cooking programmes have been set for the following
zones and quantities.
The automatic cooking programmes are intended for cooking with the
lid on the pan, whereby the dish (the eggs for example) has to be added
immediately at the start. Small deviations from the above quantities are
not a problem. If the cooking process proceeds somewhat too quickly,
though, you can lift the lid slightly on one side or add just a little cold
water.
The following times and settings have been pre-programmed:

Easy Cook automatic cooking programmes (HL60..M and HL70..M)
You can use memory cooking to record your own cooking programmes.
ATAG has already recorded a few Easy Cook cooking programmes for
common dishes for you.
The following programmes have been recorded on all cooking zones:
A1 for cooking eggs;
A2 for cooking soft vegetables, such as cauliflower, cabbage, sprouts and
carrots;
A3 for cooking hard vegetables, such as potatoes and beetroot.
You can activate the above Easy Cook automatic cooking programmes as
follows:
1. Set the cooking zone to setting 9 and press the + button. The display
will then show an A and a 1 alternately. In the case of double-ring
cooking zones you must press the + button one more time so that the
outer cooking zone is switched on first before you enter the Easy Cook
automatic cooking programmes.
You have activated cooking programme 1. The other cooking
programmes can be activated by pressing the + or - buttons.
2. Switch the programme off by switching the cooking zone off with
the - button.
