Reinstall and refasten the protective cover. Reinstall the connectors as in the wiring diagram (refer to the
label on the cover). Now restore the electrical supply to the machine.
6.11.2
Replacing the "display card” (CS0628)
Cut off power to the appliance by turning the service switch, located in its upper compartment, off. Also
turn the main switch on the external electrical supply mains to off.
Open the upper panel and move the steel plate of micro board.
Detach the connectors from the card. Remove the protective cover by unscrewing the two nuts (CH5,5)
Remove the two spacers and then the three nuts that fasten the display card to the panel.
Remove the display card and replace it with a new card. Retighten the nuts and then the spacers. Reinstall
the cover, reinstall the connectors and close the upper panel. Restore the electrical supply to the machine.
6.11.3
Replacing the display
Cut off power to the appliance by turning the service switch, located in its lower compartment, off. Also
turn the main switch on the external electrical supply mains to off.
Open the upper panel and move the plastic cover of micro board.
Detach the connectors from the card. Remove the protective cover by unscrewing the eight nuts (CH7)
Unlock the connector that fasten the display to the board and then replace the "old" display with a new one.
Be careful to position it in the proper direction and to connect well the plate wire of display inside the board.
Retighten the cover and close the upper panel. Restore the electrical supply to the machine.
6.11.4
Replacing the "power board” (CS0226xx)
Cut off power to the appliance by turning the service switch, located in its upper compartment off. Also turn
the main switch on the external electrical supply mains to off.
WARNING! Wait 1 hour before intervening after turning the machine off. This lets all the
hot parts you may come in contact with cool off.
Open the upper panel and remove the protective cover and remove it from the machine. Pull towards
yourself the steel plate of power board to work comfortably.
Detach electrical connections from the board and then unscrew the nuts that fasten the board. Remove the
board and replace it with a new board;
Reinstall electrical connections according to the reference diagram.
Place the power board the board and
reinstall the cover. Restore the electrical supply to the machine.
6.12 REPLACING THE BASIN SEAL
Open the door of the appliance basin. Cut off power to the appliance by turning the service switch, located in
its upper compartment, off. Also turn the main switch on the external electrical supply mains to off. Open
the lower compartment and unscrew the door hinges. Dismantle the door and then unscrew the 5 screws of
the steel blend and take it off. Change the basin seal and install the door. Control if the door close well. In the
other case adjust the hinges screws.
Restore the electrical supply to the machine.
6.13 REPLACING THE SPRING
Open the door of the appliance basin. Cut off power to the appliance by turning the service switch, located in
its upper compartment, off. Also turn the main switch on the external electrical supply mains to off. On the
left side is situated the spring. Replace the old spring with the new one.
If they work correctly then install the side cover and restore the electrical supply.
