Managing your NAS via its Web GUI
3.1
Logging in the Web GUI
The Web Graphics User Interface (Web GUI) is a web management system that allows you
to manage your NAS using a web browser.
To log in the Web GUI of your NAS:
1. Launch a web browser, key in
http://[NAS name]
or
http://[NAS IP]
, and press
<Enter>
. The login page of the Web GUI appears.
NOTES:
• The default NAS name is
NAS-M25
. You can customize the NAS name using
Setup
Wizard
and find the NAS IP using
NAS Discovery
.
• You may also launch the login page using
NAS Discovery
. See
1.5.3 NAS Discovery
for
details.
• By default, Mac and Linux do not support the WINS protocol. If you are using a computer
running on Mac or Linux, you can only use
http://[NAS IP]
to enter the NAS web GUI.

• The icons may vary depending on the add-in applications that you install.
