ASUS ESC8000 G4 Series

Rear view

Remove the default cable from the backplane (A), then connect the other end of the

mini-SAS HD cables from the ASUS PIKE II card to the SATA/SAS backplane.

Remove the two (2) screws securing the Cache Vault bracket (A), then remove the

Cache Vault bracket from the chassis (B).
