Getting Started

QL-120 User Guide

Remove the printhead from the package.

Caution: Do not touch the printhead face. An ink injection problem can occur. Hold the
printhead only by the end tab.

Remove the cover protecting the terminals of the printhead PC boards. Remove the
protective guides from the ends of the printhead.
