OPERATION
FOR YOUR SAFETY
READ BEFORE LIGHTING
WARNING:
•
Never pour fuel into a burning flame
•
Use denatured ethanol fuel only. Never use gelled
ethanol fuel or gasoline
•
Spilled fuel must be removed with an absorbent
cloth and cleaned to prevent ignition outside the
burner. Dispose cloth safely and away from appli-
ance while lighting
•
Do not refuel appliance while it is operating or still hot
•
Never extinguish the flame with water
•
Do not try to light the appliance if the safety screen
is not properly in place. This appliance has a safety
feature that will not allow burner to light if the safety
screen is not installed

FILLING THE FUEL TANK
RESERVOIR
1. Open bottom access panel.
Note: Use the index finger of both hands when opening access
panel by inserting them thru the access panel holes to grab
the access panel, then simultaneously pull it towards you (see
Figure 12, page 12).
2. Disengage fuel tank from appliance by pressing down release
tab and slide tank slightly to the right, up and out on a slight
angle (see Figure 9).
3. Unscrew fuel tank cap and pour ethanol fuel using a funnel. The
tank will hold approximately 28 oz. of fuel. DO NOT OVERFILL.
4. Screw the fuel tank cap back properly, making sure it does not
leak.
5. Slide fuel tank back in place making sure the connections are
properly engaged.
6. Check for leaks.
7. After tank is properly engaged in the fuel line, fuel will flow into
the burner and will be ready to light in five minutes.
