Secure the following
connectors onto the circuit
board (Figure 15 and Detail):
Note: Connectors go on only
one way. Do not force and do
not offset connectors.
Be sure they are completely
seated (
fl ush).
1. Secure the mortise lock
body assembly connector
(10-pin).
2. Secure the mortise keypad/
card reader connector
(14-pin).
3. Secure the LCU connector
(7-pin).

1. Place (6) “AA” batteries into the compartment being careful to
align polarity (- & +) properly.
2. Insert battery pack and click into place, making sure polarity
terminals on the battery pack are oriented upwards (Figure 16).
3. Verify DIP switch settings are correct for the application.
