SECTION 2: SOFTWARE AND OPERATION

SYSTEM OPERATION
 

Once all physical components are installed and general hydraulic function is confirmed, 

the harness can be connected to the ISO-BUS port on the back of the tractor.  Follow all safety 

precautions, ensuring personnel are clear of the machine.  Start the tractor like normal.  The first 

time the tractor is started after hooking up the new controller, new software will be loaded onto the 

VT (Virtual Terminal), this usually takes less than a minute.  Once the software is loaded an Art’s 

Way tab will be available on the VT, shown above on softkey square “B”.
