INSTALLING “WELD-ON” COMPONENTS
For machines produced prior to 2020 the following parts will need to be welded onto the unit:
1. Controller (Computer) mount
2. Hydraulic Manifold Mount
3. Harness and Hose Mounts
If welding is being performed while the unit is connected to a tractor, it is highly recommended that the
battery be disconnected.
For best results, prepare the areas to be welded by thoroughly cleaning and removing paint adjacent to
the surfaces to be welded. It is also recommended that paint be removed at any areas where the welder
ground cable is connected. After welding is completed, it is recommended that any raw steel be re-paint
and allowed to dry prior to installing new components.
