The cooling system is able to supply greater than 54 CFM for the front blade and greater than
12 CFM for the RTM in each slot.
The actual cooling performance also depends on the slot population and the heatsink design
of the installed blades and should be validated based on the used system configuration.
The cooling system is designed to provide sufficient cooling with a single fan tray at work at
normal operating temperatures of up to 40 °C.
If you install the system into a closed frame, ensure that the air inlet and outlet are kept free.
2.6 Acoustic Noise Control
This system has a built-in noise control due to the fan speed control. If the system is installed in
an environment where the noise may be harmful to personnel being exposed to the noise
during extended time periods, additional protective measures should be considered.
The distance to other equipment must be sufficient to avoid an overheating of the system.
