DIP switch position:
−
switch No 1 – ON, switch No 2 - OFF (for versions
RMLT.465311.015…RMLT.465311.015-05);
−
switch No 1 – OFF, switch No 2 – ON (for versions
RMLT.465311.015-06…RMLT.465311.015-23).
Controls for adjusting the volume of the integrated speaker (R76) and
microphone sensitivity (R35) must be set in the middle position.
−
check the settings of jumpers J1 and J2 (Figure 4), jumpers must be installed
on pins 1 and 2 of the corresponding connectors on the CCS-BC board;
−
check the settings of the DIP switch “SW1” on the CCS-DW-IP2 board (see
Figure 5), switch No 1 – OFF, switch No 2 - ON;
−
connect the product to a PC, on which RU.RMLT.00041-01 IPN2 System
Configuration Software Tool is installed, and to the power supply, set the IP
address for operation on a shared network or turn on the DHCP. Also to this
end, the main board may be connected to a PC via an IP network. The product
may be powered by a PoE injector or a 48 V external power supply.
Note
– During production, each CCS-IP2 is assigned the same default IP address:
192.168.100.10, subnet mask: 255.255.255.0. If DHCP is turned on, the product is
automatically assigned an IP address when connecting to a shared network.
ATTENTION! DEVICES WITH THE SAME IP ADDRESSES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON
THE SAME NETWORK. THE IP ADDRESS MUST BE SET BEFORE CONNECTING TO
THE SHARED NETWORK.

enter a record on the set IP address or DHCP in the “Special notes” section of
the product passport;
−
disconnect from the power supply and PC, install the cover and fasten it with
screws;
−
install and connect the CCS-IP2 at the operating site.
