2. Route the Top Plate Wiring Harness through conduit #3 and into the control box.
3. Tighten conduit fi ttings.
4. Connect the numerically identifi ed component wires to the corresponding numerically identifi ed terminals on
the terminal strip (Figure 20-3).
Note: White is identifi ed as ACC on the terminal strip. Green wires are gound.
Conduit #4
Blower Motor Connections
Note that the wiring harness for the blower motor is attached to the top plate only.
1. Route the blower motor wiring harness through conduit #4 and into the control box.
2. Connect the blower motor wires to the blower motor overload connection terminals integrally located
beneath the motor starter (Figure 20-3).
3. Tighten conduit fi ttings.
Lower Canister Connections
High Temperature Switch
(Figure 22-1).
1. Route wiring from conduit attached to high temperature switch
through far left bottom conduit entry knock-out on control box.
2. Connect numerically identifi ed component wires to the
coresponding numerically identifi ed terminals on the
terminal strip. See fi gure 20-3.
3. Tighten conduit fi ttings.
Lower Cannister Float Switches
(Figure 22-2)
1. Route wiring from conduit attached to lower canister
fl oat switches through conduit entry knock-out on control box
adjacent to high temperature switch conduit entry point.
2. Connect the numerically identifi ed component wires to the
corresponding numerically identifi ed terminals on the
terminal strip. See fi gure 20-3.
3. Tighten conduit fi ttings.
