WARNING.
This type of system uses the system pump (PI) to fill the buffer tank, while the “heating system pump”
indicated on the diagram is the pump that fills the home’s central heating system. This pump must therefore
be controlled from outside of the boiler panel and connected directly to the room thermostat.
The boiler panel electrical output at terminals 16 and 17 must be jumpered to enable operation of the buffer
tank fill pump according to the boiler temperature parameters.
A minimum buffer tank temperature thermostat (set to 50 / 60°C) should be installed at the top of the buffer
rank and connected directly to the room thermostat, so as to activate the “heating system pump” only if the
buffer tank has reached the temperature set on the thermostat.
