BOOST mode
In the boost mode, regardless of the set tem-
perature level, the heating element heats con-
tinuously for the preset duration.
The thermostat then switches back to the pre-
vious operating mode.
►
To activate the boost mode or early cancel-
lation, press the button (1) briefl y.
Remaining runtime is displayed on the dis-
play.
For safety reasons, the thermostat switches
off on reaching a room temperature of ap-
proximately 28 °C (room temperature regu-
lation mode) or approximately 35 °C (towel
warming mode).
MANUAL mode
Using the knob, setpoint temperature other
than the one specifi ed in the program can be
set temporarily. The display displays the sym-
bol .
The change remains intact until the next pro-
gram command.
PRESENCE mode
Activates the comfort mode from 06:00–22:00
hrs. (factory setting), reduced mode is active
during the other time.
► Press the presence button.
The operating mode is activated for an
unlimited period. The display displays the
symbol
.
To activate the operating mode for a specifi c
period (1-30 days), proceed as follows:

Press the presence button.

Press the info button (8) within 5 seconds.
►
Using the knob, select the number of days
and press the acknowledgement button.
The operating mode is activated for the set
period. E.g. the display displays the symbol

ABSENCE mode
Activates the reduced mode for the whole day
(saves energy).

Press the absence button.
The reduced mode is activated for an unli-
mited period. The display displays the sym-
bol .
To activate the reduced mode for a specifi c pe-
riod (1-30 days), proceed as follows:
► Press the absence button.
► Press the info button (8) within 5 seconds.

Using the knob, select the number of days
and press the acknowledgement button.
The operating mode is activated for the set
period. E.g. the display displays the symbol

Antifreeze mode

Press the absence button 2x.
Antifreeze is activated for an unlimited pe-
riod. The display displays the symbol

To activate antifreeze for a specifi c period (1-
30 days), proceed as follows:

Press the absence button 2x.
►
Press the info button (8) within 5 seconds.

Using the knob, select the number of days
and press the acknowledgement button.
The operating mode is activated for the set

► Press the info button (8).

are displayed.
