9.16 Flow meter (Menu 60.0)
This parameter indicates that the fl ow meter is installed on the system:
• No fl ow meter: corresponds to programming option " "
• Flow meter installed: corresponds to programming option " "
FLOW METER SETTING
MENU 60.0
• Access programming as described in
par. 9.9 - Access to advanced programming
1) Press in sequence to scroll through the parame-
ters in the Advanced Menu, and select Menu 60.0
2) Press in sequence to indicate that the fl ow meter
is present
During data modification:
A) Press to confirm the new value
B) Press to exit without modifying the value
IMPORTANT:
• If the control unit is not equipped with a fl ow meter, connect the pressure transdu-
cer.
• If the control unit is not equipped with a fl ow meter, set option "
":
the computer will calculate the fl ow rate and delivery values from the pressure tran-
sducer reading and the nozzle data.
• If both the fl ow meter and the pressure transducer are installed, the displayed fl ow
and delivery rates are taken from the device enabled in menu 70.0 (“Type of control”):
check that the value is set correctly.
• Manual fl ow meter constant setting
The fl ow meter constant indicates how many pulses sent to the computer by the fl ow meter corre-
spond to a single unit of liquid.
This constant is indicated on your fl ow meter’s data plate; for ORION and VISUAL-
FLOW fl ow meters only, refer to the “Technical data” section in the fl ow meter’s user
manual for the value to be entered in the computer.

• Enter Menu 60.0 and set fl ow meter present by
