• Check correct operation of the distributor and of the device
eliminating the double seeds.
• Make sure the sensor is not too dirty; if required, clean the
sensor by blowing compressed air: make sure not to aim the air
jet to the face.
Row XX: Seeding tube clogged
Seeding tube is clogged or seed sensor for row XX
has low efficiency
• Remove the outlet pipe and make sure it is not clogged: remo-
ve the blocking, if necessary.
• Make sure the sensor is not too dirty; if required, clean the
sensor by blowing compressed air: make sure not to aim the air
jet to the face.
Row XX: no seeding
Seeds are not detected on row XX
• Make sure hopper still contains some seeds; top up if neces-
sary.
• Check if seeds are coming out of the outlet tube; if it is not so,
refer to the machine manual to fix the problem.
• Make sure the sensor is not too dirty;
if required, clean the sensor by blowing compressed air: make
sure not to aim the air jet to the face.
Impeller X! Speed too high
Impeller X speed exceeds maximum set value
• Decrease rotation speed.
• Check rotation speed: if displayed value does not match
actual speed, check RPM sensor constant setting and sensor
installation.
Impeller X! Speed too low
Impeller X speed is below minimum set value
(ref. Par. 7.3 and 7.5 - Use and
maintenance manual ARAG D20197)
• Increase rotation speed.
• Check rotation speed: if displayed value does not match
actual speed, check RPM sensor constant setting and sensor
installation.
SD card not available
Memory card is not inserted
• Insert the SD card and press

• Make sure hopper still contains some fertilizer; top up if
necessary.
• Check if fertilizer is coming out of the outlet tube; if it is not so,
refer to the machine manual to fix the problem.
• Make sure the sensor is not too dirty; if required, clean the
sensor by blowing compressed air: make sure not to aim the air
jet to the face.
Row XX: no fertiliz. (B)
Fertilizer B is not detected on row XX
Row XX: Fertilizer tube clogged (A)
Seeding tube is clogged or fertilizer sensor A for

• Remove the fertilizer sensor adaptor and make sure it is not

Seeding tube is clogged or fertilizer sensor B for
row XX has low efficiency
Shaft XX: No rotation
No rotation of shaft XX is detected
• Check RPM sensor connection.
• Check sensor correct installation.
If no root cause is found, replace the sensor and carry out the
procedure described under Par. 5.7.7.
