Replacing the Aquathin RO Module
1. Follow DI Module removal procedure on page 34
2. Remove the two “Double C” clamps.
3. One end of the RO Module has two connections:one
blue tube connects to the Aquathin DI Module, and
one black tube connects to the Aquathin drain valve
assembly. Remove the black tubes from the RO
Module.
4. Remove the black
tube from the other
end of the Aquathin
RO Module.
5. Remove the RO
Module from the
two black C clamps
which secure it to
the Aquathin frame.
6. Unscrew the inlet cap and pull out the RO element
from the module.
7. Clean the pressure vessel.
8. Place lubricant on the permeate tip of the new RO
element.
