9 – Maintenance plan
The use of the Uni-kart is based on the activity of the center.
Pending technical evolution of the current art, the center is responsible for the observation of the material
to request revisions.
They are to be carried out either annually or every 1000 cycles of putting and out of water, in the first of
2 terms.
For information :
•
5 to 10 people requiring a weekly launch on public time.
•
An associative group requiring the launching of 20 people on a private time
= 30 people / week is an average annual use of 1500 cycles.
For this type of example, the center will have to request a revision every 8 months.
The maintenance plan should be as follows:
MAXIMUM QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE PLAN
Maintenance 1: Battery (every year).
Maintenance 2: All axes of the device.
The unit is subject to a complete overhaul if the safety winch has been used and must not be
used before this complete overhaul by an authorized technician.

This table shows the life of the consumables and the deadlines to be respected between them in the
annual case.
Exceeding these deadlines during the warranty period invalidates the warranty period and renders the
device out of service.
According to the law below, taken from the USE OF WORK EQUIPMENT AND MEANS OF
PROTECTION, Hexagon declines all responsibilities in case of non-maintenance of the apparatus:

Work equipment and means of protection, regardless of their user, are
maintained in a state
of conformity
with the applicable design and construction technical rules when they are put into service
in the establishment,
including with regard to the user's manual 'instructions

Hexagone reserves the right to change the time between maintenance and the list of parts
to change to ensure optimum and safe operation. Any refusal to change parts recommended by
Hexagone will render the device out of service.
