IF CLEANING COMPOUNDS ARE NOT BEING INJECTED:
1.
See if there are approved cleaning compounds in the injector box.
Install new bottle if necessary.
2. Water pressure in lines may be low. The injector needs 70 psi to
operate.
3. Pre-spray tool may be the wrong size or clogged. If cleaning the jet
does not remedy problem, verify your tool jet size with your dealer.
4. If the water supply has high calcium, mineral deposits or non-
approved cleaning compounds have been used in system, the
injector may be clogged or calcified. Call a qualified service person
to clean and re-adjust injector.
5. Make sure hot water outlets and cleaning solution injector are turned
on.
6. Periodically clean the filter in the pre-spray solution injector by
removing the brass nut and screen. Clean screen and carefully
replace.
IF MOTOR STARTS AND STOPS:

Power unit regularly stops to drain every 8 to 10 minutes and
automatically restarts. This is normal operation.

If motor momentarily starts and stops, the unit may be plugged into a
15 amp. Ground fault interrupter plug. Some of these will
temporarily cut out with a 12-ampere load without tripping, causing
the motor to start and stop. Plug into a regular outlet or higher rated
G.F.I. plug.
IF MOTOR FAILS TO RUN:

Check your main fuse or circuit breaker at the main power supply.

If necessary replace burnt fuse or reset breaker.

Check the reset button on the left side of the AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry ®

power unit. Pressing button should restore service.

See if the float in the waste separation tank has dropped down to

normal empty position. Clean tank if there is debris obstructing the
float.

See if the 24-volt control circuit from the wall valves and on/off hose
(if used) is operating. Pull out the control circuit wire terminals from
the terminals connector on the side of the power unit, using a short
piece of wire short across contacts. If motor operates, check the

inlet valves and hose on/off switch. Replace if necessary.

If motor fails to operate call a qualified service person for service.
