STEERING DAMPER
The standard model is not equipped
w i t h s t e e r i n g d a m p e r . A s o p t i o n a l
equipment, it is possible to install the
adjustable steering damper (1), requesting
the desired item to your Local
aprilia
Dealer.
The standard model, instead, is
equipped with adjustable steering damper
(1).
ADJUSTABLE STEERING DAMPER
The following information refers to the
adjustable steering damper (1) as original
equipment on the
model, and when
installed, as an option on the model.
The adjustable steering damper (1) has a

damping, (see table).

For the adjustment, proceed as follows:

Rotate the handlebar completely
counterclockwise.
CAUTION
For the adjustment, always start from
the most rigid setting, this is the fully
counterclockwise position of the knob
(3).

Rotate the knob (2) to adjust the
hydraulic damping (see table).
(*a) = Fully clockwise position.
(*b) = Counterclockwise rotation.
