CHAPTER 6
TROUBLESHOOTING
This chapter provides suggestions on how to locate and solve problems that may arise
while using your BS-6500/BS-6520. If you cannot solve a problem with the following
information, contact your dealer for further assistance.
Problem
Possible Solution
No Power
Make sure that the power switch on the power supply unit
is ON. The orange power LED indicator should be lit after
being connected. (Refer to SEC. 1.2.2 Front View)
Make sure that all cables between the wall outlet and the
product are firmly connected.
Peripheral
Device Does Not
Work.
Make sure that all cable connections are appropriate and
fixed. (Refer to SEC. 1.4.2 Peripheral Installation)
Make sure that the peripheral device is turned ON without
error indicators.
Make sure that the peripheral device is online.
Check the peripheral devices with another electric
appliance to see if there is software incompatible.
NOTE:
If the problem goes beyond the scope of this manual or remains
unresolved, DO NOT repair it by yourself, but contact your dealer for
assistance.
