18. Maintenance and Repairs 

 

Repair Services 

In the event that a unit is damaged or otherwise not performing as specified, repair and 
maintenance service is available.  Warranty repair will be performed within one year from the date 
of purchase at no charge.  Beyond one year, charges for time, material, and handling will be 
incurred.  Warranty repair includes defects in material and workmanship only.  Each repair is 
done on a case by case basis and charged according to the technician’s time and the 
components replaced.  If unit is under warranty (standard warranty period is 12 months), charges 
do not apply unless instrument has been opened, abused, or exposed to moisture.  Accidental 
damage or abuse repairs will always incur time, material, and handling charges.  Shipping 
charges to our factory are the responsibility of the customer.  Return shipping charges are also 
the responsibility of the customer (except for "in warranty" repairs for customers located within the 
USA). 
 
If you need to return equipment for service, please call our factory at +1 (317) 782-4331 and ask 
for Tech Support or email us at [email protected] and indicate REPAIR REQUEST in the 
subject line.  To obtain a RMA number, you will first need to provide the following information:
