4.6 SIDE EXTENSION INSTALLATION (
APlusLift MT1500X
)
The
s
ide
e
xtensions for the
APlusLift MT1500X
are easily installed. There are 4
e
xtension
t
ubes
provided for installation which also includes 1 stabilizing bar. The 2
s
hort
e
xtension
t
ubes are
slid into the holes on the back of the
t
able
a
ssembly at the opposite end of the vise by the rear
a
pproach
r
amp. You must secure the
s
hort
e
xtension
t
ubes to the
t
able
a
ssembly by
securing and tightening 1 screw in each tube under the table to lock them in place once they
are installed. The
l
ong
e
xtension
t
ubes run all the way through, underneath the front side of
the
t
able
a
ssembly and also in front of the
d
rop
o
ut
t
ail on some models.
You must remove both
e
nd
c
aps, slide the
s
tabiliz
er
b
ar through the square holes on the rear
locking
s
cissor
l
egs and then reattach the
e
nd
c
aps to the
s
tabilizer
b
ar. Slide the 2
e
xtensions or
t
ool
t
rays over the
t
ubes and insert the
q
uick
p
ins in the appropriate holes at the end of the round
tubes to secure the
t
able
e
xtensions to the lift. For the
a
pproach
r
amp, use the provided bolts and
nuts to secure the
r
amp
e
xtensions onto the
a
pproach
r
amp on each side.
