Introduction

Organization of Operation Manuals

The MP1632C Digital Data Analyzer is the main unit of the measuring equipment into which the
plug-in units can be installed. Operation manuals have been prepared for the main unit and the
other units, respectively, and consist of the following four Operation Manuals. Read the Operation
Manual of the unit you are going to use.
