Quick automatic top-up.
– Turn the knob

to fill the well to the maxi-
mum level automatically when the water level
drops below the minimum threshold. The maxi-
mum and minimum levels refer to the operating
range of the pressure switch that controls the wa-
ter supply.
Slow automatic top-up.
– Turn the knob

to

for a slow, continuous flow
of water that keeps the water level inside the well
constant.
Important
If the water drops below the minimum level,
the "quick automatic top-up" mode is auto-
matically triggered.
Emptying

to shut off the water sup-
ply.
5 - Turn on the tap

to empty the well.
Important
The water drained from the appliance must
pass through a suitable drain line, resistant
to a temperature of at least 100°C.
The steam produced when the well is
drained must not come into contact with
the appliance (see also connection dia-
gram at back of manual).
If the safety thermostat is tripped, the appliance has
to be restored to the initial working conditions as fol-
lows.
1 - Allow the water to cool by 30-40°C
2 - Open the hatch

restore the electricity supply.
4 - Close the door

when the operation is com-
plete.
If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy pe-
riod, proceed as follows.
1 - Cut off the mains electricity supply using the ap-
pliance's master switch.
2 - Clean the appliance and the surrounding areas
thoroughly.
3 - Spread a film of edible oil over the stainless
steel surfaces.
4 - Carry out all the servicing procedures.
5 - Leave the appliance uncovered and the cook-
ing chambers open.
