3 - Using your Angell Bike
For you to get to know your Angell Bike, we strongly recommend you use it for the fi rst time without much road
traffi c around you.
The start-up assistance mode is set up as soon as you activate Eco, Fly, or Dry assistance mode from your Angell
app. The fi rst pedal stroke starts the engine.
3.1 - About the electric assistance modes
Your Angell Bike includes 4 assistance modes:
• Fly Free mode
No electric assistance.
• Fly Eco mode (maximum autonomy: 90 km)
Assistance limited to 15kMh.
This mode is meant to save battery power.
On a fl at road, the engine power is used up to 50%.
It is possible, however, to get up to 100% of the power when climbing.
• Fly Dry mode (maximum autonomy: 70 km)
Assistance limited to 25kMh.
It is the default assistance mode. On a fl at road, engine power is used up to 80%. However, on a
climbing road, the engine power can be used up to 100%. Assistance is supplied from the fi rst pedal
stroke, and the effort required to reach 25kMh is low.
• Fly Fast mode (maximum autonomy: 50 km)
Assistance limited to 25kMh.
On a fl at road, the engine power is consequently used 100%.
This mode enables you to ride at 25kMh effortlessly.
Extra power is also supplied for climbing so you can spare your efforts to a minimum.
3.1.1 - Activating the start-up assistance mode
• Change the assistance mode from
either the Angell app or the P button
on the right-handed controls.

Attention, to move the bike, remember to switch your Angell to Fly Free mode.
The range varies from 35km to 70km depending on the outside temperature, the angle of the slope and the weight
of the user
