3. When the inner rod is released, position the saddle at the ideal height in relation to your leg length.

- To make sure the saddle is at the right height, check your leg is entirely stretched when your heel

rests on the pedal pointing down, towards the ground, as in the picture below:

4. Do not position the saddle past the warning mark located on the seat post.

5. Strongly tighten the screw set again to block it completely (2,5 Nm).

6. Make sure the seat post is tightened properly and the saddle does not move any longer.
