MIXTURE PREPARATION
Always use adequate individual protective devices (glasses, gloves, masks, cloths, etc.) when
handling chemicals and when performing mixing operations.
Prepare the chemicals following the prescriptions of the manufacturer and take care of the
concentration suitable to the application requested, according to the Standards and laws in force.
Check the efficiency of tank agitators before pouring chemicals into the tank.
It is possible to dilute powder chemicals inside the mixer. To use the mixer:
You must have some water in the main tank
Start the pump
Keep all nozzles sections closed
Put powder chemicals inside the basket, avoiding excessive quantity
Close the lid
Activate the mixer using the dedicated manual tap
Adjust the pressure to dilute completely the chemicals , without producing foam. Regulating the
pressure you can adjust the mixing force, keeping under control foam generation.
Before opening the lid to check the mixing, close the tap to avoid leaks
Do NOT run the mixer with the lid open. Chemicals may be thrown out of the basket.
Avoid contamination during the pre-mixing operations.

FAN BLOWER ENGAGEMENT
Before engaging the fan, make sure there are no obstacles inside the blower.
Keep the blower clean; remove dust, dirt, particles.
Before engaging the fan, make sure there are no people or animals within the working area of
the machine.
Materials and particles can be thrown far away from the blower and can cause injuries or
damages.
Set the engine speed to minimum revs. Engage the fan by the switch
.
The engagement of the electric clutches is possible only if the engine revs are lower than 1200 rpm.
Adjust the engine revs to the desired value for spraying operations.
The transmission ratio between diesel and blower is 1:1.
Remember that by setting the engine revs you are also setting the blower fan revs and the airflow
generated by the blower.
Adjust the airflow suitable for the vegetation, adjusting the engine revs.
