13. Teach function
This function is only available on machines with servo electric print heads. When the machine is
turned on, the carriage is locked and cannot be moved manually.
13.1 Pressing the Range Limit 1 or Range Limit 2 button will open a numeric keypad.
13.2 The carriage is unlocked and can be moved to the location selected by the operator.
13.3 To save the carriage position, press the Teach Position button. Otherwise the item will
not be saved.
13.4 Shutting down the keyboard with the Teach Position button or clicking outside the
keyboard area or print head setting will lock the carriage.
13.5 Carriage positions (front and rear) can also be entered manually and confirmed using
the “Enter” or “To All” button. These buttons also unlock the carriage.
14. Test
This function allows you to perform test printing.
14.1 For the Test Print function to work:
a. The head must be active. The icon will be green.
b. A shirt must be on the pallet on which you want to perform test printing.
14.2 Select the value of head parameters
14.3 Perform test printing. If the test is okay, you can proceed to full production.
