1.5 Machine Start-Up Procedure
C) With a slight counter-clockwise twist, pull the “E-STOP” (emergency stop)
button. Located on the top of the Main Control Panel.
D) Correct an fault messages that may appear on the display screen.

To Clear Fault Messages –
1) Press the “Reset” button twice, then wait until the reset has
finished. This may take 30 seconds to about 2 minutes depending
on several factors.

Homing –
2) Press the “Home” button, and wait until “Homing” has
completed.
a) The heads will “home” first – all heads will move to the
front zero position, stop and return to the rear set position.
b) The indexer will “home” next – the entire indexer table will
move slightly both left then right to find its zero position.
c) The lift will “home” last – the entire indexer table will travel
up and down slightly to find its zero position.
3) The machine should now be ready to operate.
E) Use the touch button to choose either AUTO MODE or MANUAL MODE. The
machine is now ready to run in the chosen mode of operation. Pressing the
“START” button will start the machine after a short (programmable time
duration) warning chime.
To stop the machine normally, press the CYCLE STOP button.
The machine will stop when the index/print cycle is completed.
