1.7 Micro Registration
1. To micro in the print registration, do the following steps:
1) Release left side screen clamps (manual or optional pneumatic)
2) Loosen front rear micro locks on the top of the right side screen holder
3) Adjust registration by turning the appropriate Micro Adjustment knob
4) Upon completion of adjustments, re-tighten front and rear micro locks
on the top of the right side screen holder
5) Re-clamp the left side screen clamps
6) Repeat above steps as necessary.
2. Print Alignment:
A. If the print registration is off, the alignment may be corrected by the
following:
1) Release both the front and rear micro locks on the right side of
the print head.
2) Release the left side micro lock.
3) Micro adjustment Knob 1 – moves the screen front to rear
4) Micro adjustment Knob 2 – moves the top of the screen left to
right
5) Micro adjustment Knob 3 – moves the bottom of the screen left to
right
B. When the adjustments are completed, lock both the front and rear
micro locks.
C. Lock the left side micro locks.
D. Repeat these steps for each print head.
