The following table lists the AxLink strings for the AVX-400:
Serial Commands
The following table lists the serial commands for the AVX-400. All commands are followed by a carriage return.
AxLink Strings
SEND_STRING Sends a command or query to the display device. The AVX-400 must be in passthru mode to execute
this command.
Syntax:
SEND_STRING <DEV>,"’<text>'"
Variable:
text = The message you want to send
Example:
SEND_STRING dvRXRS232,"'Power On'"
Serial Commands
AMT Toggle amplifier mute
Syntax:
AMT
ASM Turns on the amplifier mute
Syntax:
ASM
ATA Sets the auxiliary input attenuation to the specified level.
Syntax:
ATA=<attenuation>
Variable:
attenuation = the attenuation setting between -100 and 24
Example:
ATA=12,$0D
ATI Sets the attenuation for a source input to a specific level.
Syntax:
ATI<input>=<attenuation>
Variable:
input = source input (1-4)
attenuation = the attenuation setting between -100 and 24
Example:
ATI3=12,$0D
Sets the attenuation on source input 3 to 12.
ATT? Queries for the attenuation levels for each channel; returns the attenuation level for all channels.
Syntax:
ATT?,$0D
Sample Output:
1=-34dB
2=-41.5dB
3=-49.5dB
4=-30.5dB
Aux=-11dB
AUM Turns off the amplifier mute
