You use the keyboard during initial setup if you change the time-out message or
power up messages. The keyboard also appears when you add new pages, type text
string output for RS-232 communications , and several other E ditor Bar operations.
Keyboard features and functions include:
•
CAP LOCK
Locks all characters in uppercase. The default mode is CAP
LOCK on.
•
SHIFT
Shifts characters between upper case and lowercase.
•
SPACE
Inserts a space in your line of text .

The keyboard text buffer holds
a maximum of 300 characters
of the smallest font size and
100 characters for the largest.
