information.
If you install the touch panel farther away from the Central Controller than recommended in the
Wiring Guidelines table, connect an external 12 VDC power supply to the panel as shown in the
wiring diagrams in this section.
Using the AXlink mini-XLR connector for data and power (AXT-MCP)
Connect the Central Controller’s AXlink connector to the mini-XLR connector (male) on the rear
panel of the TiltScreen mini-touch panels for data and 12 VDC power, as shown in FIG. 8.
Using the AXlink mini-XLR connector and external 12 VDC power supply (AXT-MCP)
Connect the Central Controller’s AXlink connector to the mini-XLR connector and external
12 VDC power supply to the rear panel of the AXT-MCP, as shown in FIG. 9.
