5.12 Assemble shielding shell shown as below.

5.1 Move the outer shielding ferrule on the shell, then crimp it into shape
with a holding force > 150N.

Put the shielding
shell on the
rubber core.

Snap the outside claws
into their slots.

Align the shielding
shell

’s edge with the

rubber core.

Do the same with the
other shielding shell.

Move the outer shielding

ferrule until the ferrule end
is aligned with the rear of
the shielding shell.

Crimp shielding
ferrule.
