Network devices connected to the wired ports of the Range Extender do not have Internet access.

The Wired Port Routing on the Range Extender may not be defined correctly. While connected to the
Range Extender, open your web browser and access
http://setup.ampedwireless.com
From the web
menu, go to
More Settings > Network Settings > Wired Port Configuration
. Check that the wired port is
routed through an active Home Network connection. If the Range Extender is connected to a 2.4GHz
network only, adjust the routing so that all wired ports traffic routes through the 2.4GHz Home
Network.
Troubleshooting: Touch Screen Issues
I forgot the touch screen passcode for the Range Extender and can no longer access the Touch Screen Menu.

Once you have exhausted all attempts at recovering your passcode, reset the Range Extender to default
settings by holding the reset button, located on the back of the Range Extender, for 5 to 10 seconds.
The Range Extender will reboot and erase all current settings. You will need to reconfigure the Range
Extender.
