DOME CONNECTIONS
1.
Connect the R+, R- terminals on the dome to the D+, D - terminals on the
DigiMux I/O board, respectively. Only two wires are required for
domeconnection. Follow the next step after you power up the unit.
2.
Set the RS-485 parameters in DigiMux to the same parameters as the
protocol for RS-422 setup of the dome. The default DigiMux settings are
4800, 8, 1, None (4800 Baud, 8 Data Bits, 1 Stop Bit, No Parity).

to access the OSD Main Menu.

Enter the Administrator passcode,

Select
Administrator Setup

d.
Select RS-485 Port Settings. Press
Enter
to select an option to
change, and
LEFT/RIGHT
to change a value.
e.
Press
ESC
to leave the RS-485 Port Settings menu.
f.
Select Dome Protocol and Press
Enter
.
g.
Select the number of the Dome Camera(s) you recently connected.
h.
Select the Dome Protocol that matches your dome with the
LEFT/RIGHT
keys: AD422, Pelco P, Pelco D, or Dynacolor.
