Conversely, MacOS Mojave may be the last operating system to support 32-bit apps, such as, Amcrest Surveillance
Pro. For this reason, it is highly advised for Mac users to take advantage of such options as the Google Chrome
Extension app, Amcrest Blue Iris, Mozilla Firefox version 49.0.2., and SeaMonkey. Each of these methods of web-
based access will be covered in the sections provided.
How to Install SeaMonkey
SeaMonkey is a free and open-source internet browser that serves as an excellent means of implementing the plugins
required to access your device via a web browser.
SeaMonkey is compatible for both Windows and Mac Operating
Systems.
It is a continuation of the former Mozilla Application Suite and is based on the same source code which itself
grew out of Netscape Communicator and formed the base of Netscape 6 and
Netscape 7.
To download SeaMonkey on your computer, visit
https://www.SeaMonkey-project.org/releases/
that applies to your computer and begin the installation process.
Click on the downloaded SeaMonkey Setup file and run the setup wizard. For purposes of these instructions we will
be using Windows, however, the Mac setup process will be similar. Click

to proceed.
